CLEANSING AND RECHARGING YOUR TALISMAN

Simple and easy
1. Choose a few flower petals of FIVE different colors
2. Put them in PURE WATER (Holly water from the temple, church, alternatively mineral water)
3. Dip a cotton pad into the water
4. Carefully and gently clean thoroughly your Talisman
5. Take 11 sticks of good quality INCENSE and bind them together with a string
6. Lit the fire
7. Concentrate on your INTENTIONS
8. REPEAT them silently
9. PASS the Talisman on top of the smoke a few times
10. FINALLY, when done, throw away the water,
It has absorbed and cleansed all the negative.
Allow the incense to burn until the end.
